Leadlogr is an SMS-based lead management tool. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and who we share it with.

2. Information we collect

  • Your phone number when you sign up
  • The text messages you send to your Leadlogr number
  • Basic usage data such as when messages are sent and received
  • If you provide them, names and notes about your customers and leads
  • Your email address, if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter or waitlist. This is entirely optional. We will only use it to send you product updates and announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to operate the Leadlogr service. That means parsing your messages, storing your contacts and notes, sending you reminders and delivering your morning digest. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data. Ever.

4. Your customer data

The contacts and notes you log through Leadlogr belong to you. We store them to power the service. You can request deletion of your data at any time by texting STOP or emailing us directly.

5. SMS and Twilio

Leadlogr uses Twilio to send and receive SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for support.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.

7. Third party services

Leadlogr uses the following third party services to operate:

  • Twilio — SMS delivery
  • OpenAI — message parsing
  • Cloudflare — hosting and security
  • Clerk — account authentication

We do not share your data with these providers beyond what is required to operate the service.

8. Security

We use industry standard practices to protect your data including encrypted connections and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is completely secure. If you believe your data has been compromised, contact us immediately.

9. Children

Leadlogr is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you via SMS. Continued use of Leadlogr after changes means you accept the updated policy.
